How do I rollover funds into my new corporate account

It is as easy as 1, 2, 3 to rollover funds into your new corporate account. 

All you need to do is:

1. Complete and sign the ATO Rollover Form.

2. Attach a copy of your Superannuation fund statement.

3. Attach a copy of your driver’s licence.

If you wish to consolidate more than one fund, simply repeat the above process.
