Receptionist/ Office Support

We are a successful, innovative and growing business, located in Sydney’s picturesque Double Bay, looking for our front of house and administrative foundation.

If you are proactive with excellent customer service and client engagement skills with a personable and enthusiastic approach then this outstanding opportunity and challenging role is not to be missed.

You will manage all aspects of front of house including:

  • Immaculate office and meeting room presentation.
  • Taking inbound calls and answering customer queries quickly and professionally.
  • Building rapport with clients to make them feel welcome and valued.
  • Managing multiple calendars.
  • Confirming and preparing for client appointments.
  • Preparing meeting documents.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms.

In addition there is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration and coordination skills in the capacity of office administrator and as business support to the CEO and General Manager as required.

  • A willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office.
