There are moments in our professional lives when we realise why we do what we do. The below letter from a client is an example of this.
It also highlights the benefits of being properly insured and the role we play as advisors in assisting people through the claims process.
Today I want to take an opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to Principal Edge Financial Services for helping with my hard case.
When you are a migrant in the first generation, young and healthy, you wouldn’t think too much about what happens if you die as you don`t even think that such time would come in foreseeable future. Always saving on everything my husband and I never accepted any special insurance for ourselves thinking it`s not necessary at the moment. But the life is very changeable and you never know what tomorrow brings you.. In October 2015 I lost my much loved husband because of cancer.
I don’t have enough words to describe what happened to me at that moment as my heart is still not able to handle that fact. The feeling that you are now absolutely alone in this life with a kid in the country which is even not your mother land was overwhelming…
I didn’t know what needs to be done and where I need to go to. And in that hardest time of my life I met Grant Levitas and Phoebe Killeen who provided myself with an outstanding assistance and got my case resolved with the best outcome possible. Without them I would never know that except quite a small amount of money accumulated by my husband as superannuation I could claim a minimum Death insurance (as from beginning no Death Insurance was assigned to the account). Always gentle and caring, but at the same time very pedantic and educated they were with me from day one (when any phone call where I had to talk about the death of my husband made me cry) till the day when all was resolved and benefit payable approved. They always knew which documents to provide and which business to contact. Their knowledge and experience is outstanding and their care is amazing.
What they’ve done for me is beyond of any expectation and prediction. I’ve also found good friends in them which are always ready to be in assistance! What else can I say?. I just wish more business in Australia care for clients as much as Principal Edge Financial Services do! I highly recommend Principal Edge Financial Services to everyone who needs an assistance in that sort of services.
